yogurt mixmissing items
I observed a staff member mix cow milk yogurt with vegan yogurt. When I raised concerns, she dismissed it as acceptable because it's all just yogurt. Vegan sausages were mixed with meat sausages during kitchen preparation, then placed on a separate plate. a cloth used for floor cleaning was then employed on tables. The availability of items listed on the menu was inconsistent, a problem. Items disappeared from my room, an unacceptable occurrence.

the top notch double room looked new and the breakfast was superb.
reception staff said rooms were available but had to be booked online. the system got me to enter all details then said rooms werent available. this wasted hours.

the location was acceptable for exhibiting at a nearby event.
the evening meal was uncomfortable the waiter informed us we were the only diners because students had left the food arrived on cold plates with limp chips.

The breakfast was GREAT and set me up for the day.
The vegan options were not handled well. The staff mixed cow's milk yogurt with the vegan yogurt, arguing it was acceptable. Vegan sausages were mixed with meat sausages. The same cloth was used to wipe the floor and the tables. This is unacceptable.

I found the riverside setting gorgeous and the grounds well-kept. the staff members were so efficient. They helped me with everything i needed. i really appreciated how clean everything was. My room was super clean. the breakfast was excellent. It had a great variety of options.
the menu had limited vegan options so i hope that they will increase them.

the double room balcony included sparkling and still water selections along with a lovely coffee machine i also found extra pillows in the closet i thought that was a great touch for ensuring a restful night.

the breakfast buffet presented an extensive choice i noticed the staff worked hard during busy periods to ensure everyone received attentive service the breakfast area offers a beautiful view of the thames, a real treat to wake up to.

The rooms are modern and well maintained! Beds and pillows offer great comfort. Drinking water is available in the lobby. I brought a bottle to my room.
The rooms look a bits scuffed though they were functional.
